We like to see our library full
of books, computers,
and great students!

Books and Technology

The library at St. Ethelreda is home to a large number of books. They range from fiction to nonfiction and from preschool level books to young adult. Also, the library has just been bolstered by a large donation of new books. See the Book Report Island section below.

The library also doubles as our computer lab. It contains 24 PC's connected to the Internet for our students. Ms. Bruessel is our librarian, and she is ready and able to help students with questions related to books or technology.

The library is an important component of student life at St. Ethelreda School.

Book Report Island

Book Report Island is a special section of our library that is stocked with more than 400 new books. These books were recently donated to St. Ethelreda. Students checking out these new books later submit a book report. After a month, the most outstanding book report in each grade was recognized.

Book Report Island 2015 is our third year of new books and book reports at the St. Ethelreda library. The stories of previous years of Book Report Island are here:
